A multiple model life-drawing workshop hosted by Artist of the Week Luisa-Maria MacCormack and Michael Chance, fine artist and co owner of Mercer Chance Hoxton. The unique nature of this session will be a study of multiple figures, movement and space. Making use of four life models and Lewisham ArtHouse's large gallery space, Michael and Luisa will guide participants through the joys of expressive figure drawing, how to capture movement in gesture, line and tone, and how to balance compositions with more than one figure. 

Both Luisa and Michael are deeply inspired by classical art and anatomy, and have a great variety of teaching experience. Be prepared to be challenged, surprised and above all, to learn to see drawing in new ways.

This class will be suitable for all levels, beginners to professional artists, materials including paper, easels, drawing boards and charcoal will be provided.
